New, easy-to-use Customer Relationship System launched for NGL partner funeral homes

A new, easy-to-use Customer Relationship System tool is now available for National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL) Preneed partners.

NGL worked with Media Demographics to develop the new customized system. NGL’s Customer Relationship System includes a variety of resources that are beneficial for funeral homes. The management system provides a one-stop center for partners to manage leads and enhance their marketing efforts.

Partners can look forward to an integrated system for:

• Direct mail marketing assistance with mailer customization and list guidance.
• Custom landing page that feeds directly into the program, managing all leads, captured online into one system.
• Tools needed to host a lunch and learn program.
• 52 already created social media posts for Facebook.
• Ability to develop an AfterCare program to assist families through the grieving process.
• Option to add a chat feature on the funeral home’s website.
