Designed with the long term care agent and consumer in mind, NGL’s ClientConnect has an intuitive flow, visually pleasing layout and medical records ordering efficiencies. The new application platform makes it an easier, cleaner and faster way to submit Long Term Care insurance business with NGL.

NGL is pleased to announce AM Best has affirmed its A (Excellent) rating effective July 02, 2024. This rating reflects the excellent ability of NGL to meet its ongoing insurance policy and contract obligations and further attests to its financial strength.  

Michelle Niemec has been promoted to Vice President, Controller at NGL. Niemec joined NGL in 2021 as Assistant Vice President, Accounting Policy and has been instrumental in determining the accounting treatment for the sale of various blocks of business over the last several years, as well as managing the relationship with NGL’s external auditors. She will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, accounting policy, expense analysis and financial planning functions at NGL.
