We feel deeply for those who have been affected by COVID-19 and we are here to help. To help our policyholders who are experiencing financial challenges during this difficult time, NGL is temporarily extending our policy lapse grace period to 120 days from 60 days until September 30, 2020. Beginning on October 1, the policy lapse grace period will change to 90 days for our policyholders.

What is NGL doing regarding coronavirus (COVID-19)?

NGL is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff and the stability of our administrative operations for all our customers and partners. We are implementing policies to encourage social distancing as encouraged by the CDC.
