When other Preneed insurance carriers stopped selling Preneed insurance in Michigan due to the highest Consumer Price Index (CPI) rates in over 30 years, making providing Preneed insurance unprofitable, NGL remained because of its dedication to helping people face life’s financial challenges with confidence, dignity and grace.

We are pleased to announce that Jennifer Kaset and Judy Olson have been promoted to Vice President, Sales and Business Development. These promotions will further strengthen strategic partnerships and deepen relationships to enhance sales growth potential in the insurance marketplace.  

Jessi Booker has been promoted to Regional Vice President, Sales at NGL. Booker joined NGL in 2006 as a New Business Representative and during her tenure with NGL has held various roles, advancing her way to Regional Vice President.

John Baker, Vice President, Strategic Partner Development, has announced his upcoming December 2022 retirement from NGL. Baker’s experience in the funeral service industry spans three decades. He is a well-known and knowledgeable leader who has participated in countless industry events and a popular speaker at national conventions and meetings.

NGL has promoted individuals and reorganized the structure of its Preneed sales team to further strengthen strategic partnerships and deepen relationships to enhance Preneed sales growth potential. The team has a wealth of knowledge in the Preneed industry and an understanding of serving the needs of marketing organizations, independent agents and agencies.
