NGL adds four Directors to its Board

NGL is pleased to announce the appointment of the following four individuals to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2018. The new Directors bring the total Board members to 12, of which 11 are independent. 

Amie Goldman is the President of The Management Group (TMG), a Medicaid provider of consumer-directed long-term care services and support for older adults and adults with disabilities. She also held the position of CEO of TMG prior to its sale to Magellan Health, which she facilitated. Before that she was the CEO of the Health Insurance Risk Sharing Plan Authority. Goldman has served on multiple nonprofit boards. Goldman holds a B.A. degree in political science and sociology from Northwestern University and a M.A. degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago.

Erik Johnson is Chairman and CEO of Hy Cite Enterprises, a direct-to-consumer sales organization of home cookware, water filtration systems, juicers, cutlery, and other household products. Prior to that he worked for Proctor and Gamble. Johnson holds a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Columbia University, as well as a M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Johnson serves on numerous boards including Capital Bank.

David Kruger is the Chairman and CEO of the Fiore Companies, a private commercial real estate company located in Madison, Wis. Kruger serves on several boards including Sub-Zero Wolf, Inc., Oak Financial Inc. A licensed attorney, Kruger holds a B.B.A. degree in finance and a J. D. degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to joining the Fiore Companies he was a partner with a Wisconsin-based law firm where he specialized in corporate, tax and real estate matters.   

Daniel Olszewski is the Director of the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to joining UW, Olszewski was Chairman and CEO of Parts Now. Prior to that he was a consultant at McKinsey and Company. Olszewski serves on several boards including First Business Bank. He holds a B.S. degree in economics and computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, as well as a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
