Tim Hanley and David Holman appointed to NGL Mutual Holding Company Board of Directors

Madison, Wis. (March 5, 2026) – NGL Mutual Holding Company, the parent company of NGL Insurance Company (NGL), a Madison-based insurance company, is pleased to announce that Tim Hanley and David Holman are appointed to its Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2026.

Hanley was most recently Acting Keyes Dean and Executive in Residence at Marquette University. Hanley helped shape the next generation of business leaders through thought leadership and curriculum innovation. Prior to that leadership role in education, he was a senior partner at Deloitte with extensive experience consulting on digital transformation, organizational strategy and growing revenues.

Through Holman’s career in executive roles such as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Administration Officer at American Family Insurance, he developed a deep understanding for complex transactions and regulatory requirements. Additionally, his experience working closely with financial reporting and accounting practices offered a strong understanding of operational discipline needed to drive organizational strategy and performance.
