NGL Ethics Hotline

At National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL), we believe in providing an environment free from abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior. We encourage anyone who feels harassed or discriminated against to report the incident to MyNGL Ethics Hotline.


The MyNGL Ethics Hotline is available to any agent, partner, policyholder, vendor or employee to confidentially report any occurrences of possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct witnessed or experienced. This includes issues related to corporate fraud, unethical business conduct, violations of State or Federal Law or actions that may put NGL and our employees at risk. MyNGL Ethics Hotline can be accessed by either using the website or calling a toll-free number. Both access points are available 24/7.


• The website, www.nglic.ethicspoint.com , consists of an easy-to-complete set of questions that can be answered on the website. The questions ask for details about the ethics issue. You can upload documents and/or photos and can choose to remain anonymous. You will be assigned a key code to use to return to the report if needed.


• The toll-free number, 855.835.6659, is available 24/7. The person answering the phone is from EthicsPoint, the company that manages our hotline, and will ask a series of questions, including whether the reporter wishes to remain anonymous.


The Hotline is designed to protect your confidentiality, and your anonymity, if requested. Kim Shaul, NGL’s Chief Legal Officer and Robert Walkowiak, NGL’s Chief Risk Officer will receive an email notification when a report is filed. They will determine the next steps needed to investigate the issue. Please use the assigned key code and go back into the website to check on the status of the report to see if there are any follow up questions.
